The 'Cultura vasca' photography exhibition showcasing various artists has arrived in Donostia-San Sebastián thanks to Cultura Inquieta and Iberdrola España
An ambitious and inspiring choral photography exhibition ‘Basque Culture’, made up of 286 photographs that pay tribute to and reflect Basque tradition, landscapes, folklore and uniqueness, was inaugurated yesterday in Donostia. The exhibition is organised by Cultura Inquieta, the world's largest creative platform for art and culture, together with Iberdrola España.
The opening was attended and addressed by Donostia's Councillor for Culture, Jon Insausti, Iker Urrutia, Iberdrola España's Gipuzkoa area manager, and Juan Yuste, director of Cultura Inquieta. The exhibition includes both the winning entries and an extensive selection of images from the competition of the same name held last spring, also organised by Cultura Inquieta with Iberdrola España.
The exhibition can be visited free of charge until 30 October. It is located at Urumea Pasealekua, 2 (Paseo de Urumea, 2) in Donostia-San Sebastián. ‘Basque Culture' has been on the road and was open for visits this past summer in the cities of Bilbao and Vitoria-Gasteiz.
