Iberdrola España opens a customer service point for residents and customers in Socuéllamos

  • It will offer personalised advice on services such as solar communities or home installation of charging points for electric cars and aerothermal energy.
  • Iberdrola España has more than 500 service points throughout Spain, 42 in Castilla-La Mancha.

Iberdrola España inaugurated its first service point in Socuéllamos (Ciudad Real), on a day attended by the mayor of the town, María Concepción Arenas Mulet, Ruben Martínez Sánchez, Iberdrola España's Business Commercial Manager in Castilla-La Mancha, the CEO of Solar World Stain and Iberdrola España partner, Juanjo Moreno Sánchez, the town's Councillor for Business Development, José Luis Romero del Hombre Bueno, the president of the Socuéllamos Kiele Volleyball Club, together with representatives of the Socuéllamos women's team, which is supported by Iberdrola España in the First Division, and the president of the Socuéllamos Basketball Club, José Carlos Ortiz.

Iberdrola España's aim with these offices is to bring its services to its customers every day to improve them, as well as to offer a place for personalised advice for both companies and individuals.

The new office is located at Calle del Rosario, 96 and will provide information on new energy services, such as the recently launched Socuéllamos solar community.

The only requirement to receive this new green energy from the solar community and save up to 30% on your electricity bill is to be located within 2 kilometres of the installation and to be an Iberdrola España customer. Socuéllamos residents can already ask at the office to find out how to join the project. The first 168 households or companies in will be able to do so, without the need for installation at their homes, until the quota of energy generated by the 188 solar panels installed on the roof of the agricultural company Cereales 98 in the town is exhausted.

This office will also provide advice on charging points for electric vehicles and installing them at home, air conditioning and energy rehabilitation or services such as the Smart Assistant, which allows you to control and save on your consumption, or the new heating systems with aerothermal energy.

Electricity, gas and all the company's additional energy products and services will also be on offer.

The head of the office, Juanjo Moreno Sánchez, said that "our aim with this inauguration is to advise and bring together all the energy services and products Iberdrola España offers, and to be able to adapt to the needs of each resident and each company at any given time".

Ruben Martínez Sánchez pointed out that Iberdrola España is committed to formulas that are "closer and more personal for our customers, bringing them energy designed to promote efficiency, energy savings and care for the environment".

Iberdrola will soon be holding a new open house for local residents to make changing accounts, changing account holders, renewing discounts or obtaining information on social vouchers, changing tariffs or power, etc. friendlier and easier.
