Iberdrola España expands its customer service in Badajoz with a new branch in San Roque
- The energy company now has three offices in Badajoz and 15 in the province.
- It will offer personalised advising on services such as installing home charging points for electric cars.

Iberdrola España has opened a new customer service office in Badajoz to expand and improve the services for all of the energy company's customers as well as offer personalised advice for both individuals and companies.
The new office is located in the San Roque neighbourhood on Avenida Ricardo Carapeto 40 and will offer customised recommendations on the electricity and gas plans that best suit each customer’s needs as well as on new energy services such as the solar communities that have been set up in the city.
Advice will also be offered on self-consumption, charging points for electric vehicles and installing them at home, air conditioning, aerothermal energy and energy rehabilitation or services such as our Smart Assistant, so you can control and save on your consumption.
This brings up to three the number of energy company offices in the capital of Badajoz, 15 in total in the province, which offer tailored customer service, seeking efficiency and the greatest possible savings for our customers, as well as improving service in Badajoz, where Iberdrola España has a large portfolio of customers.
Our hours are from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Customers who visit the new office will receive a free gift, while supplies last, in addition to the very best service.
11 solar communities in Badajoz

There are eleven solar communities spread throughout the city of Badajoz, with more than 2,000 photovoltaic panels and a total installed power of just over 1,150 kWp. They are located on the roofs of businesses ranging from shops and warehouses to automotive workshops as well as a beauty salon.
These communities allow any customer located within a radius of 2 km of the installation to join and consume green and locally-generated energy.
