Iberdrola España opens a new customer service window in Marín (Pontevedra)

Iberdrola España opened its 14th customer service window in Pontevedra, on rúa Janer 5, in Marín. The company's aim is to bring its business closer to its customers every day to improve the services it provides, as well as offering a space for personalised advice for both companies and private individuals. The office has information on new energy services and joins the 40 already open in the community of Galicia.

 

The Mayor of Marín, María Pilar Ramallo and the Councillor for the Environment, Marián Sanmartín, accompanied Tesi Baquero, who is responsible for the new office, during the grand opening.

This office provides advice on charging points for electric vehicles and installing them at home, air conditioning and energy rehabilitation, solar communities, services such as our Smart Assistant, to control and save on the power you use, and new aerothermal heating systems. Electricity, gas and all the company's complementary energy products and services will also be available for purchase. 

 

The aim is to advise and provide information on all of Iberdrola España's energy services and products and to adapt to the needs of each resident and each company with more personal formulas, providing energy designed to promote efficiency, energy savings and care for the environment.

 

Iberdrola España's new facilities in Marín provide services like changing accounts or account holders, renewing or providing information on discounts, changing tariffs or power needed, all in person through our friendly customer service representatives.

One of the most innovative plans that the company has rolled out throughout the country are our solar communities, installations that allow people to enjoy all the benefits of solar energy without the need for photovoltaic panels on their own roofs or rooftops. This is a new business model on the rise that not only helps to save on bills, but also contributes to decarbonising planet.

 

The only requirement to receive this new green energy from the solar community and save up to 30% on your electricity bill is to be within 2 kilometres of the panels and to be an Iberdrola España customer.
