Iberdrola Group earns global 'Top Employers Enterprise' seal of approval for its excellence in people management, becoming the only energy company in the world to achieve the accolade

• The company has secured the certification in Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Germany, France, Italy, Australia and Greece, after undergoing an evaluation of 225 practices across 20 categories.
• This seal, which is awarded globally on the basis of local certifications, recognises the company's employee value proposition. 

The 'Top Employers' seal is a certification based on an exhaustive and rigorous analysis of people-management practices and metrics and their impact on the organization as a whole (strategy and results), as well as on engagement, and the attraction and development of talent. 

The Iberdrola Group, of which Iberdrola España forms part, has been certified in the following countries: Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Brazil, Mexico, Germany, France, Italy, Australia and Greece. It is unusual for a company to obtain this recognition in so many countries, thanks to which Iberdrola will obtain both European and global certification, being the only company in the sector to have this global 'enterprise' seal. 
 

Specifically, the company was evaluated on 225 practices across 20 categories and six dimensions, including, among others: people strategy, talent attraction, training, professional development and growth, leadership, well-being and diversity and inclusion.

Only practices implemented for at least 80% of the workforce were considered “consistent” (or scoring), highlighting not only the demanding criteria of the certification, but also the robustness of Iberdrola’s people policies across different countries.
