Steps in our recruiting process

The Talent Attraction and Recruitment team will contact you to explain the vacancy to you and to discuss your experience in more detail.

We’ll send you our recruitment tests based on general and job-specific skills and professional profile.

The recruiter will invite you to an interview to get to know you better and to round out your professional profile and suitability for the position.

You’ll have a second interview with the Vacancy Manager to go into more detail about the job fit.

If your profile is the very best one for the position you’ll receive a call from the recruiter to make you an offer that’s in line with your expectations.
