Iberdrola España obtains certification Top Employers 2024 for the excellence of its practices in people management

• The global reference authority in the evaluation of the professional environment that organisations offer their employees endorses the talent management policies in Spain.
• The Top Employers Institute programme is based on the results obtained in its HR Best Practices Survey, which analyses the people management function transversally through six domains comprising 20 practices.

Iberdrola España, a company that forms part of the Iberdrola Group, has been recognised as a Top Employer 2024 in Spain for the excellence of its comprehensive people management practices and for its contribution to their personal and professional development . 

The certification process of the Top Employers Institute, a global benchmark authority in the evaluation of the professional environment that organisations provide their employees, involves an exhaustive and very rigorous analysis of people management practices and their impact on the organisation as a whole (strategy and results) as well as on the engagement, attraction and development of talent.

Specifically, the Top Employers Institute seal is based on the results obtained in its HR Best Practices Survey, which transversally analyses the people management function through six domains made up of 20 practices. Its audit, validated by a global committee of experts, includes areas such as people strategy, work environment, recruitment and selection processes, learning, well-being and diversity and inclusion, among others.
