Iberdrola España reopens the customer service office affected by the cold drop in Catarroja

Iberdrola España has reopened the customer service pfficeoint in Catarroja (Valencian Community), which was damaged by the cold drop. There customers can now return to do any paperwork related to the signing up for electricity or purchasing different services, as well as ask about measures in place for any users affected.

The establishment, managed by the collaborating company Electrofassar, is located on calle Filiberto Rodrigo, 4 and is open to customers from Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., and on Friday mornings. The new premises, at a more central location than the previous one, joins those in Alaquàs and Paiporta, which reopened a couple of months ago.

The mayor of Catarroja, Lorena Silvent, was present at the inauguration of the new customer service office, accompanied by the commercial representative of Iberdrola España in Valencia, Joaquín Longares.

 

The company has the following customer service points in the towns affected by the cold drop: Alaquàs, Benetússer, Xirivella, Torrent, Mislata, Utiel, Requena, Algemesí, Alzira, Bétera, Buñol, Carlet, Cheste, Llíria, Manises, Montserrat, Paiporta, Paterna, Picassent, Quart de Poblet, Ribarroja del Turia, Sueca and Vilamarxant. At the customer service offices, customers can sign, rescind and modify their contracts, as well as do all kinds of procedures related to billing and purchasing different services, such as charging points for electric vehicles, solar panels for self-consumption, HVAC, aerothermal energy and energy rehabilitation, or services such as the Smart Assistant, which allows customers to control and save on consumption.

With this personalised service, customers can optimise their power supply and sign up for fixed electricity prices with the possibility of paying a fixed monthly fee. Iberdrola España has increased its network of establishments throughout Spain in recent years to get closer to its customers, who also have at their disposal, 24 hours a day, the 900 225 235 helpline, the customer channel on the X social network (@TuIberdrola) and the Iberdrola España commercial website.
